I believe that empowering my clients with knowledge is one of the most important parts of my role. I take the time to teach each person about:
How to care for their feet at home, including proper hygiene and daily routines.
Simple self-care techniques like moisturizing, nail trimming, and checking for signs of infection.
Choosing the right footwear to prevent pressure points, blisters, and long-term complications.
